Disperse Print Fabric Process Flow

Disperse print fabric is a fabric made by blending or interweaving reactive dyes or vat dyes with chemical fibers. The traditional process includes pad dyeing, color fixing, scouring, and then printing. Disperse printing is a process in which dyes are printed directly on fibers. Because there are a large number of hydrophilic groups in the color paste, it will absorb water and swell when it encounters water during printing, forming a thin film and making the fabric have good wearability. Therefore, it can be applied to the refined pad dyeing process or It is suitable for the color fixing (dyeing) process after combing.

However, in the production process of dispersed printed fabrics, problems such as colorful flowers and color spots are prone to occur, which requires solving the problems of colorful flowers and color spots to improve their quality. So to solve the color flower problem, we must first understand the process principle of dispersed printing. Generally speaking, the production process is divided into three steps: pretreatment, dye treatment, and post-press finishing. Before dyeing, the dye needs to be dried and deionized before dyeing and then finished with color-fixing aids. The printing and dyeing process, it is mainly divided into dip dyeing, diffusion printing, and drying.

The printing methods of dispersed printing fabrics include the flat screen printing method, calendar printing method, transfer printing method, jet printing, and the corona method, etc.

The technological process of dispersed printing fabric is as follows:

[1] Raw material selection: Cotton or polyester-cotton blended yarn is used, and the fabric is required to feel soft and shiny after dyeing.
[2] Raw material pretreatment: bleaching with hydrogen peroxide or bleaching after dyeing with reactive dyes.
[3] Pre-processing: use methods such as hot ironing or cold stacking, roll packaging, etc. to shape and arrange raw materials.

The pre-printing treatment equipment mainly includes a washing tank, a drying tank, and a steaming tank.
Printing equipment mainly includes ovens and screens.
Color-fixing equipment mainly includes rollers and heat-fixing machines.
Washing, drying, washing temperature 60-80 ℃, drying temperature 30-60 ℃.

The dispersion printing fabric process needs to take into account the influence of factors such as dyeing temperature, dyeing material type, dye concentration, fabric thickness, and so on. Among them, different types of dispersed printing fabrics have different dyeing temperature requirements. For low-elastic varieties or thin fabrics, high-temperature multi-bath dyeing can be used; for high-elastic varieties or thick fabrics, low-temperature multi-bath dyeing should be used; some fabrics also need to take into account the thickness of the fabric and the finishing process after printing and dyeing.
